Oakton’s Patterson-Moss named Player of the Week

Oakton College women’s basketball player Amber Patterson-Moss (Thornton Fractional North) was named Region IV District D Player of the Week on Friday.
The 5-foot-6 freshman guard , who leads the Raiders with 17.9 points and 4.2 assists per game, tallied a combined 43 points, 21 rebounds and eight steals in a pair of wins: 89-44 over Wright College on Dec. 20 and 69-35 over McHenry County College on Jan. 8.
Oakton (12-4, 1-1 Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference) was to face Morton on Tuesday, and College of Lake County Thursday.
